Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, determination of which includes the reason for refund, quality of product, shipment of product, and timely communication of the request. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. To request a possible refund for other orders, you must reach out within 14 days of your order being placed. Please include order number and reason for request, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
